Prosecco is produced with a base of pure Glera wine vinified in steel tanks. Secondary fermentation takes place using the Charmant method with a slow natural fermentation in stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature of 15-16 °C. The wine is then left to mature in contact with the lees for about 60 days before bottling.
In the glass the wine is appreciated for its fine and very persistent perlage which makes the colour straw yellow. The bouquet is typical of Prosecco with a prevalence of fruit aromas of white pear and green apple. In the mouth has a distinct crispness, excellent acidity and minerality and is dry but smooth.
