The Glera grapes are hand-picked in the hilly area of Valdobbiadene to undergo the first alcoholic fermentation.
In this phase a slow natural refermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 15 degrees until reaching 6 atmospheres of pressure.
Secondary fermentation lasts about 90 days after which the wine is filtered in order to be certified before bottling.
This wine is characterized by a straw yellow colour with light golden hues and a thin and persistent perlage.
In the glass aromas of flowers and fruit typical of the vine are evident, such as white pear and subtle citrus aromas such as citron.

Secondary fermentation takes place using the Charmant method. The wine is then left to mature in contact with the lees for about 50 days before bottling. In the glass it shows a beautiful and brilliant straw yellow colour, the perlage is fine

The nose reveals notes of pear and fresh flowers.

In the glass the wine is clear with a straw yellow colour with greenish reflections.
The perlage is quite fine and persistent. On the nose it shows aromas of fresh fruit (peach and apple) and fresh wild flowers together with taste of acacia and honey.

The grapes are harvested in the first hours of the morning to not compromise the beautiful aromatic bouquet.
The wine has a pale gold colour.
The nose is fresh and fruity with floral notes of roses and some scents of tropical fruits as pineapple and lychee; the palate is rich with nice minerality and taste of flint.
It’s a great balanced wine that goes beautifully with spicy food.

Pinot Grigio’s grapes are among the first to be harvested.
The wine shows a straw yellow colour with golden reflections. Fruity and floral notes typical of this grape variety are perceived together with pleasant mineral sensations which give more complexity to the nose.

The grapes are gently destemmed and crushed before alcoholic fermentation. Maceration lasts for about twenty-five days, after which the wine is racked off the skins and the maturation phase begins.
The wine shows an excellent consistency and is characterized by an impenetrable ruby colour. It is an intense and full-bodied wine with spicy notes of licorice and roasted coffee, accompanied by hints of cherry jam and fruit preserved in alcohol.

The Merlot grapes are the first red grapes to be harvested. The grapes are immediately destemmed and gently crushed before being sent to alcoholic fermentation. Maceration lasts about twenty days, after which the wine is racked off and racked and matured in stainless steel tanks.
The Merlot has a bright ruby red colour. Its aromas are very typical and remind of ripe red fruit (cherry, plum, wild berries), red flowers with a subtle spicy note that gives complexity and breadth to the aromas.
