Prosecco is produced with a base of pure Glera wine vinified in steel tanks. Secondary fermentation takes place using the Charmant method with a slow natural fermentation in stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature of 15-16 degrees. The wine is then left to mature in contact with the lees for about 50 days before bottling.
In the glass it shows a beautiful and brilliant straw yellow colour, the perlage is fine and persistent. The nose reveals notes of pear and fresh flowers. In the mouth is crisp and sapid with a good acidity which supports the sugar level making the wine delicate and balanced.
