This wine is the result of the union of Glera, which gives to the sparkling wine the typical and fresh fruity notes, and Pinot Noir which characterized the colour as well as giving an higher aromatic complexity. The winemaking of the two varieties is done separately in steel tanks and subsequently the wines are blended for the sparkling process. The sparkling process is done by using Metodo Charmant with a slow natural refermentation in stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature of 15° C (59° F). This phase requires a long period of time ranging from a minimum of 70 to 90 days after which the product is filtered in order to be bottled.
The wine shows in the glass a brilliant pale pink colour and a fine perlage. In the glass it shows elegant and complex notes reminiscent of wild berries and fresh strawberries. In the mouth you can taste the fresh red berries with a pleasant mineral finish which supports the delicate smoothness of its residual sugar.
