he Glera grapes are hand-picked in the hilly area of Valdobbiadene to undergo the first alcoholic fermentation. Subsequently, the sparkling wine base is transferred to second fermentation in stainless steel tank with selected yeasts. In this phase a slow natural refermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 15 degrees until reaching 6 atmospheres of pressure. Secondary fermentation lasts about 90 days after which the wine is filtered in order to be certified before bottling.
This wine is characterized by a straw yellow colour with light golden hues and a thin and persistent perlage. In the glass aromas of flowers and fruit typical of the vine are evident, such as white pear and subtle citrus aromas such as citron. The taste is generous and satisfying with a light structure which highlights the fresh and mineral components which give great drinkability and balance.
